It was windy that day. A blond girl wearing a black hat sat on the edge of a cliff, looking out over the sea. Yes, it was a beautiful sight. It was sundown and the Sun appeared to be halfway into the water at that moment in time. The reflection of the semi-circle left to go round was balanced perfectly on the quite sea. Oh yes, this was exactly why she had come to La Push that evening. Forks was nice, but La Push beach at sundown was one of the most beautiful sights Roxy had witnessed in her entire life. Yeah, she was easily pleased, but she lived in New York for seventeen years, give her a break.
Roxy held into her hat as the wind picked up again. She was constantly having to grab her hat as she felt a slight gust of wind. It was getting quite tiring and she had once had to run down all the way to the beach so she could pick it up from where it had blown down. That was one of the horrible things about wearing a hat on a windy day, really. But Roxy was never seen without her sexy, black hat. It really brought out the blond in her curls that grew right down her back. [/size]

Sarah walked along the path leading to the various cliffs. She could remember several times during the summer visits to her grandparents when she would follow Greg, Paul, and/or some of their other friends on the rez up to the cliffs. Greg was always super paranoid about having her around the cliffs, but she was practically an adult now, so what difference would it make?
Sarah had decided against going cliff diving today - given that she had learned from her brother and cousin that going diving in this kind of weather was the equivalent to a suicide mission. So instead of going diving, Sarah was just going to walk along the various cliffs to get out of the house for a little while. Paul was over at their grandparents' house and she didn't want to be around him and his super eating ... again. It was a bit obnoxious, but then again - what part of Paul wasn't a bit obnoxious?
As she topped the crest of one of the cliffs, Sarah noticed someone sitting on the edge of the cliff trying to keep a hold of a silly looking black hat. She walked over to the girl with the hat and motioned down to the water below. "Diving would be suicide today. Although with the way that hat is jumping around, it seems to favor that option." Sarah laughed, hoping she didn't sound mean or anything. Although she did have to admit - the hat was rather active in trying to jump off the cliff.
